Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Motorsport Staff, including its resume builder, career resources, job search, industry profile and Paddock Pass tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate information, use an account you are authorised to access and keep its sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Free launch access and future pricing

Paddock Pass is currently available to Motorsport Staff members without payment during a limited launch period. No card is required and a free launch account will not be charged automatically. We may introduce paid Paddock Pass plans later, but we will show the price and ask for clear agreement before starting any new paid membership. Any existing paid membership remains manageable through the billing portal; except where law requires otherwise, completed billing periods are not refundable.

Your content

You retain ownership of resumes, cover letters, profile details and other content you submit. You give us a limited licence to store, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate features you choose. An industry profile is private by default. If you publish one, the profile and selected documents may be shared with Motor Racing Industry and participating employers according to the contact and shortlist choices you set. You can switch publishing off.

Jobs and applications

Job information is supplied through our sister network, Motor Racing Industry, and employer sources. We work to keep it useful but cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current or error-free. Employers control their vacancies and hiring decisions. Motorsport Staff does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or malicious material, scrape or overload systems, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use candidate information outside a legitimate recruitment purpose. We may restrict or close access needed to protect users, the service or legal rights.

Availability and liability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features and will aim to avoid unnecessary disruption. Career tools and resources provide general support, not legal, financial or professional recruitment advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or third-party services and decisions.
