Motorsport Staff brings application tools, verified opportunities and industry visibility into one specialist platform for people trying to enter or progress in racing.
Why we built it
Motorsport careers are spread across teams, suppliers, manufacturers, agencies and specialist businesses. Entry routes can be difficult to understand, and good student or transferable experience is often presented in a way employers cannot assess quickly.
Motorsport Staff exists to close that gap: helping candidates turn real evidence into professional applications, find relevant roles and choose whether to be discovered by employers.
Founded in 2023
Motorsport Staff was co-founded by Josh Evans and Nida Anis to connect industry knowledge with the first-hand experience of a young person trying to build a motorsport career.
Josh brought decades of motorsport experience spanning engineering, team management and ownership. His career included work with MoTeC, Sonic Motor Racing Services, Alan Docking Racing and BlackArts Racing before founding Evans GP. He created Motorsport Staff to make the connections and practical foundations that helped his own career more accessible to others.
Nida helped shape Motorsport Staff as an engineering student encountering the barriers facing young people entering racing. Her focus on students, early-career jobseekers and women in STEM gave the platform the perspective it needed to be useful to the next generation—not only established professionals.

Industry profiles are private by default. Candidates choose whether to publish and which professional details employers can access.
Jobs connect back to business profiles in the Motor Racing Industry network so applicants can research the organisation behind a role.
